randomosity is ending
so the last month had lots of things happened...
- i have been seeing a lot more plays lately umm i think it goes in order like this - wizard of oz, next day i went to the one act festival over at westwood b/c i helped out with the sure thing and that was where i decided to go to the emerson camp b/c a sign occured when i randomly bumped into a guy from last summer's camp who is going to the same camp as me this summer (it freaked me out), next week i saw bye bye birdie b/c i knew a ton of people in it and they were adorable-
-the next week i had to go to some dances which was fun.. tiring but fun
-one acts was that week and it was sad to do god save the queens for a final time, but we had to perform it and make the people laugh and then me and cami did abraham and it was really good people really seemed to like our bobby
-this weekend me and leigh went to wellesley to see seusical the musical and the people were but the story was kinda er dumb
- this week is MCAS week and I'm a happy camper.. I'm all for test that u can do really bad on and still pass while not getting homework for 3 days

updating
ok so i'm not gonna majorly update but i thought one was in need since i believe the last entry is about the end of smile which was waaay back in december. So Spoony was cool I stage managed that which was a good experience b/c i didnt realize until then how much actors can piss techies off.. so i'll be keeping that in mind for the musical (whatever that may be) yeah well that came and went a while too and i have to say spoony had the best cast parties and im not sure we'll be able to top it next year but i guess we can always try (well it wont be that great for the musical, i know since kinky wont be there with her great dare ideas and whip cream)..well spoony ended over a month ago.
Since I last updated I turned 16 and went to nyc 2 weekends in a row ... 1st was for robotics we lost (boo) on the rides to and from we had to ride with the norwell team who were the typical nerds (considering they brought 2 playstations and 2 projectors for their 2 night trip to new york all to have halo parties I would say Im right) but they're still cool... on the way back this kid started talking to me on our stop to McDonalds and he was trying to act all cool looking back on it now the kid was sketchy
the next weekend i went back to nyc with the family and i saw 2 shows beauty and the beast and 25th annual putnam county spelling bee.. now beauty and the beast maybe more popular but i have to say its pretty juvenile it was done really well but i got mad when belle broke character (the lights dimmed on her and she was suppose to be frozen but i caught her in the act of scratching her nose!)the next night we saw the spelling bee and i realllllly wanted my family to like it b/c apparently i have a history of picking out "bad" shows (rent about 3 yrs ago) i have to say that had to "bee" (pun!) one of the best shows ever... the actors were brilliant and didn't break character once and that must've been so hard since they're practically always on stage with no intermission.
saturday i went to the science museum with cassie, charlotte and julliet it was really fun me and cassie pretty much made sure we took pictures for myspace posing with fake ears, sheep lungs, stuffed animals (hey! we were at the science museum) that night we hung out and looked at some random book of phrases in french and english while charlotte and julliet waited to go to some party ... too bad that they couldnt go to the party though lol
marathon monday was soooo much fun! i hung out with the most random fantastic group of people including cassie, christina and kate which i dont think has been done since 8th grade... there was a point where we were debating about how to get dinner we were thinking that we had to get a ride to where ever we were eating and then finally andrew was like "how about delivery!" and we were all like "oooo yeahh" but we didnt even do that cassie's dad just picked up some pizzas for us.
this week has been pretty boring after that ... today i did some unit 2 book work --that was stupid

Pretty good day
ok yea i usually dont write as much but today was a pretty good day
Morning- first period acting 2 that just pretty much helps the day 1st thing ... but Megan decided to bring in coffee and donuts for the class so that pretty much made me happy for the day.
Other classes where just like whateva but they went by really fast.
Robotics- didnt really do anything but talk about latest gossip and the brownie bakeoff/ manda's cupcakes for tomorrow.
Annapolis w/ Kate- me and kate have been trying to see a movie for a while we really wanted to see Tristian and Isolde but that wasnt playing so we decided to see annapolis since that still had James Franco in it (hes is the God who i loved before anyone else). At first me and kate were like ok this probably isnt going to be out kind of movie b/c its set in a naval academy but it was actually really good.oh and also the fact that in the movie Jame Franco is in love the character named Ali in the film... mmm sign? i think so. On the way home we talked about someone (who no should say his name if they comment lol) and all the other stuff that comes with it and kate's mom believes that theres no chance since they probably dont like my kind lol i think this theory better than other theories i must say but it would still be really sad and lets just hope this theory is wrong
tomorrow i have Robotics and im gonna have to bake those brownies for the brownie bake off even though i know Cami will have better brownies since hers are made from scratch and mine are from a box lol |

bored?
hmm so not a lot to talk about i was just thinking of livejournal so I decided to update.... although there is nothing to update on.
i spent today watching Lolita which I think is suppose to be a drama when infact it just has to be a comedy I mean that whole twist with Peter Sellers character and Lolita being a little ho-bag around Humbert Humbert and Lolita's mom... how the hell did she get out of the house so quickly to get purposly hit by that car? ehh whatever it was still a good movie
After that it was 2:00 and so I decided to actually get some real clothes on (gotta love vacay)then i watched some Lizzie Maguire reruns which made me remember how i use to wear really ugly clothes from Limited Too (ew) Then I talked to Kate on the phone and she said I was invited to go to her friend Nick's party which is pretty snazzy. Later Teddi dropped by my room and we talked about Phil of the Future and Ricky Ullman and she was relieved when I told her that he is really 20 yrs old so she doesnt have to feel like a petafile after all. and that has been my night so far.......

happy holiday ho-downs
ok so I haven't updated in ages as much as i use to but that is due in part of the fact that i finally got somewhat life and made new friendships and ya know all that sentimental crap. and i know the last entry was about my reallllllyy bad day when i auditioned for smile and as i predicted i didnt get a part in the play i was just cast as random girl in the back and even though i was really just casted as that i think i finally learned what acting really is to me and exactly what it is to me wont be exactly what it is to others. luckily i realized this before the show's end and added some twists to what i had to do on stage... so if u saw smile and happened to see a random girl who was never on beat with the dances and swinging their hips like a dang elvis and basically making a complete idiot out of themselves well that girls ladies and gentlemen, that girl was me and i didnt have a wooden foot
ok ok i had to throw that there since the last entry was about auditions
Christmas.... well for christmas i didnt get much only because I got a LAP TOP!!!!!!!!!! and its wicked sweet since I have wireless in my house but the other stuff I did get was season 1 and 2 of Arrested Development (i know what i'll be watching all week), this really cool special edition DVD of West Side Story ad some clothes... I would have to say I made out pretty good this year.
Well I am very happy that we have vacay now b/c I was getting really tired of school and last week was taking forever to get by

auditions
After school I had my audition for Smile and it wasn't cool. I think I did pretty bad and what was worse was that i realized right after I was done which didn't help me any better. At least my friends were there to support me which made me feel a lot better. I don't know I guess I'm just really upset because I basically worked on this one thing all summer and now all my chances might be ruined.. but auditions are not over so i'm not a complete failure... yet.
Tomorrow is the acting portion and I'm not gonna screw this up because right now I'm aiming for at least a call back so I know I'll have some sort of chance.

Back to School
Today was eventful day.. why you may ask? BECAUSE IT WAS THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL! as soon as i get out of the car I see Brittany and talk to her and i was happy that i found someone to talk to so I wouldn't feel awkward walking around when i got to my locker I was actually able to open the lock on my first try which made me happy. So I'm putting away some things and all the sudden i hear like a "raw" sound and who is it? none other then casey world's best friend.. so we caught up and I told him how I met his cousin at a Harry Potter opening. Then we saw cassie and chattered with her. Me and Casey then went down to Valerie's room so I could say hello to her... and wow if u drama geeks have not seen her room yet .. well you will be amazed it looks so great and big and the floors are shiny and it isn't cluttered and I just hope it stays that way for a long time.
My first class was wellness and i wasn't sure if i was gonna be alone or not, but fortunately I had a ton of gal pals to hang out with... AND Ms Welch is our teacher so I'm happy about that... and this year we're learning about SEX .. ok that was imature but i'm just happy that i'll get to laugh my ass off in a class... especially hearing ms welch saying sex over and over again. When lunch rolled around we all just sat around and ate? well what else do u do in lunch? but after we ate me, leigh and maureen (and carly started walking up but then we lost her) went up to Valerie's to see if she had anymore space in her Acting 2 class (which she does so I'm happy that I can switch easily into it) and to see about info on Smile. before I even asked her she had already put up signs for the audition dates.. so I'm really happy that I have a clue now as to when it will be.
After lunch I had Science with Mr King... god that guy is so loud. It was so funny when he passed out a packet of rules and requirements.. it had to be at least over four pages and me and Lauren were like "wow you must now have a life"
Last class made me sick.. there were just way too many people in one classroom. but I have so many friends in it so it wont be that bad.. and who knows maybe the people who i always thought hated me really don't.. nah i doubt they'll talk to me lol
Tomorrow I have Geometry and Latin and I'm really interested in who else is taking it, but I won't care for long because I'll probably be moving myself into Acting 2.

A Ramble on School... Today is it. Today is the last day without homework, without teachers, without a really really really hot school because the school is so stupid they would pick a stupid score board over air conditioning (ok that part didn't really fit with what i was saying.
Its the last day to goof off, kick back and relax... but when I think about it I really am more relaxed with homework and it always fun to make fun of some of the teachers and I do still goof off in school just not class. AND that really really really hot school is a second home to me and it won't be hot for long when the winter comes because then it turns into a really really really cold school.
The first day isn't that bad because all the teachers are just gonna be introducing themselves and there probably won't be that much homework and labor day is right after so we get a 4 day weekend which is sweet.
My point being, the idea of the first day is wretched but being the actual presence of it good.

Good TV Night!
Right now I shall share with you what I did with my Thursday night. Last night I watched the season finale of Kept and I was soooo happy that Jerry Hall picked Seth because Seth was my favorite and didn't kiss ass to Jerry Hall like all the other guys. After Kept I watched the premiere of this new show called Starved which as you can imagine is about people with eating disorders.. lovely.. but it was actually really funny in a sick and twisted sort of way.
Hmm... what shall I do today?... you know i keep on saying that I'm gonna watch all these movies like Billy Elliot and Beauty and the Beast... so I'll I have to watch those before I leave for Misery. I also need to put a ton more music on my ipod. hmmmm... these are the random thoughts in my head well ta ta

Updating in 5,4,3,2,1 UPDATE! okay okay so I looked at the date of my last entry and it was from when school was still in session so I have to make a big update since a lot has happened between then and now.. well a lot not because i have a life but a lot because things do seem to gather in months time.
So I'll start with Finals Week... which was actually really fun except for the studying part but somehow I actually studied the right material and managed to get As on my Math, History and English (but everyone knows Roy Roy got lazy and gave a gift especially after making us write that research paper) and Cs on my Spanish and Science (which is still good considering that I was crapping myself trying to study since Polansky made me feel like shit taking the 1st half of the test and everyone said Shire's final was a bitch). On the Friday of that week we had the Freshman/Sophomore six flags trip. Which was soooo much fun. I basically just hung out with Cassie and Christina the whole time and I went on Superman for the first time and it to my surprise I didn't fall off or shit my pants. During lunch of that day I got my favorite food in the whole entire world .....FRENCH FRIES! and of course those biotches Christina and Cassie were stealing them so I yelled at them which I don't feel sorry about considering how much money those fries cost. but at last they stopped and I was in harmony and Christina took this pic of me

On the ride back I had the oddest conversation with Christina, Kendra, Lauren, Colleen, Allie and Kate S. about what a certain striper's one liner would be which something I would never think to talk about with that group until then. We were probably the loudest on the bus which is weird because we had most of the rowdy boys on our bus but hey it was the last day (kinda,sort of?) of school.
The next day I went to the last Robotics competition of the season at WPI. Now if you have ever read past entries of me talking about how bad we did at all these other competitions... woah is this a different case! I'll get to that in a sec but let me get to the begining... ok so I arrived at school and met up with everyone..everyone meaning the 6 people that came. On the drive to Worcester me and Sean had to listen to Greg mumble on about his dream car and some dumb high speed chases. When we finally got there (with no accidents yay!) we went up through these really beautiful gardens near what i think was the alumni building so we get up there and the guys start working on the robot and I have nothing to do so I go up in the stands and watch the practice rounds and the guys don't really notice that I'm gone so then Sean is leaving and walks past me to leave and he tells me that he has to do some stuff at his house and he'll be back and that he'll bring Maureen to keep me company which makes me happy since being the only girl is kinda weird. So the whole day I hung out with Maureen and watched the game and then during lunch break I found out that I was going to be our human player which got nervous because I always feel like I'm gonna screw it up somehow but they never needed me so it was all good especially since we got drafted with the #1 team and won and became what they call the "Victors". The match got out later then expected so I was late for dinner with Adam and his family, but at least I came home saying that we won.
Now moving on to the trip to Maine... it sucked end of story. I'll sum it up like this... went to Bar Harbor nothing there went to KinnyBunk Port prettier but still not a whole lot there oh and while I was there we stayed in a hotel with no tv but it didn't really stress me as much as i thought it would.. so to keep myself busy I went the hotel's little library and did a puzzle and looked through the wedding albums of the people who got married there which put me in a state of gurly daydreamer
July 4th was fun Carly and Cassie came over and we made eachother over and I wish I could upload those pics and I will as soon as I figure what the problem was. After they left I went to the fireworks with Teddi, Nic and their friend Kirsten and we got there too late by the time we actually got there they were finishing the finale... o well next year.
The next week I went to film camp and met a lot of cool people. I learned a ton about film and a lot about Harvard Square since the camp basically let us run around Cambridge the whole except during classes. I just wish I had stayed there.. if only the rents weren't such poops. I'm definately considering the 4 week program next summer.. the 4 weekers have it made! Not as much the actors.. what a bunch of lazy asses during filming of one the movies my group was making we were trying to find actors and the 4 weekers told us where they could be found so we knock on the door and the teacher tells us to come in so we ask and shes like "no we busy right not" they were on the floor doing yoga... $1500 for yoga hmmmggffffff!!!!! I mean I'm sure there was more then that its just the idea that they were busy... doing yoga? Not as funny as this 4 weeker I went to to ask to be in a film because it was obvious he wasn't doing anything and he was like "No, I actually have to be in an edit class" saying this while playing pool. 4 weekers have it made they get to know the TAs better, make fun of the 1 weekers, make more movies, and learn more and have more time in Harvard Square lol
And now its August and next Wedsnesday I shall be leaving for grand old Puxico, Misery (Missouri) where they serve some fucking good corn dogs and their world famous goat burgers (don't worry I don't eat those). The only exciting part of this trip is that I get to have a corn dog and go to Wal-Mart... yeah I know there are Wal-Marts in New England but are there Wal-Marts in New England that come with the southern accents that they show on their comercials? I think not. I guess this trip will be good for me I'll get a lot of the Hot Zone read for school. And I only have to go there for 5 days and 2 of those days are travel days so its really only 3 full days... still shoot me? please?

robotics with a bang.... literally
This weekend I spent my time at a Robotics trip over at Northeastern. Let me just say that no one really wanted to be there... first of there were only 9 of us and it was a Saturday. The guys made me ask for bumpers for the robot from other teams but they didn't have anything (kind of foreshadowing what was to come) but our Robot was working perfectly fine so that was good... we didn't get drafted but we didn't exactly care. After we got everything packed and our robot loaded on to the pick up truck we went to the Mitsubishi Research Labs to check all their cool inventions it was actually a lot better than what i thought it was gonna be. When we were done we headed back to the garage and I decided to go in Sean's car since its kinda dumb if there 2 people in a huge van and 5 in the the SUV. So were finally going home and Ben and I are talking about the woman with 3 breasts who aparently only has 1 in Kong Pow so we were talking about this and then suddenly this taxi cuts us off and stops right in front of us and all I hear is Sean saying "don't hit, don't hit" and he stopped and then 1 or 2 seconds later (literally) we get rear ended by Nic's car since he couldn't stop in time and plus the rain didn't help either. We're all in shock shaking to death. Sean pulls over to the curb and the taxi driver has pulled over and he gets out to look at his own car then asks us if we hit him and he sees that we didn't so he goes back into his car and drives away. Thankfully we got the license number. I looked back and I saw the front of Nic's car smashed in the front, the bumpers gone, his license plate not there. It was bad, but the officers were on our side since our car and nic's car told the same story and mr. dietz came all the way back around since he saw the whole thing and told the same story as well.
When I woke up this morning all I could hear was the noise the crash made over and over again it was weird. but no one got hurt which is a good thing. My neck is little sore thats it.

One Acts!
Yesterday was the 1 Acts. Before I basically hung around the school.. practiced driving the robot for tomorrows Beantown competition, then I went downtown with Geneva trying to get blank tapes for my camera but no luck so i couldn't film but tierney got to watch school house rock live so bringing the camera to school wasn't a complete waste then Geneva and I got food at the Gourmet and talked about the most random things. Once it was coming to an hour til the show our group ran through lies while megan was doing her make up which was funny to see her putting on make up while all these little kids and their parents were coming in with their parents for "math night" (thank god i wasn't here in 2nd grade). When the actual show came on I sat with Pat for the 1st part. then I watched Wanda's Vist which left me and everyone else in that auditorium pissing themselves from laughter. When the Boor was about to come on me, Mike and Leigh got pumped for going on with a broom, rake and shovel. At the end when i was back stage holding my broom i notice this long pause so then I decided to come out with more water since that was the plan for the other part of the play so i just went up to Andrew and said "if i give you more water will you go away?" and I think the whole audience got a kick out of it. So that made me happy. ahh all in all this drama year has been a very very very good one indeed and the cherry on top was when we all danced to the Baywatch theme in Anthony's Pirates On Ice.

i heart half days
Yeah so today is a half day so me and Christina did the traditional thing by going downtown eating at the gourmet then eating cookie dough (mmm)as we were cutting through the middle school we ran into ms gifford and kelsey who was folding a whole lot of playbills.then laura came in the room calling christina katrina which was funny. so when we got to the drug store i bought a certain thing for a certain joke and of course it was just embaressing buying it. and the cashier knew i was up to no good lol... and of course kaitlin had to pretend like i actually needed it so that was funny. .... i can't wait until i give it

Cotillion
Friday was the Cotillion which was awesome! Everyone got to meet Adam which was cool. Basically gonna sum it up like this ....cassie and christina running out to the car, cassie ditching her date for all the right reasons,adam almost getting kat killed, waiting in line dancing for pictures, strawberry dackeries/ pina colatas, putting my shoes off and on, steping in gross things while bare foot, acting like a dancing fool with all my best pals, dancing to Savage Garden (which Casey had to point out when it came on), the dance ending ); adam wearing a random yamikah, casey stealing a chinease food box thing filled with hersey kisses.
It was a damn fine dance

If u wanna be u be u and if u wanna have fun have fun...
we watched harold in maude today in acting... good movie.
well i need a major update.... i'll start w/ last thursday. On Thursday I went to Bancroft with Kate because she invited me and vacation was becoming a COMPLETE bore. So I met all her very unique and interesting friends who are all very nice. One of Kate's friends was Jason who I must talk about because he was coolest person I met... he carried around a horse and galloped on it and he also wore technicolored heart beads. After school I went over to Kate's and ate dinner then we went down to the DQ and I had another brownie batter blizzard (yea I don't think I'm gonna get those fit arms that I wanted for Cotillion.. but o well).
Lets move down to Saturday
Saturday I shared apart of Christina's X-mas gift and saw Phanton of the Opera with her and Steve.... which was amazing! I really wish I could sing like the girl who played Christine but that won't happen for a while. We took a ton of pictures (thank you Christina's sister Emily) and I saw a picture my 2 favorite screen legends outside the Paramount... who else but Fred and Ginger! Aww good times...good times.
When I got home my family had not started to eat the Passover dinner... even though I wished they had so I didn't have to through my grandma giving dumb lectures on stupid stuff... although this time she didn't mention anything about how having too much of something isn't good or some crap like that she basically says that when a take the tiniest sip of alchol.
well that big stuff that happened ..... back to school now.. lovely

boring....
Yeah today has been boring. Kate called me from her school and asked me if I wanted to come w/ her tomorrow. So tomorrow I will be off to Bancroft. I made a myspace I doubt I'll even update it because I'm a loser and it seems very complicated to figure out. I think I'll change the backround again |
